Summit Blast Exterior Cleaning provides pressure washing, soft washing, concrete and paver cleaning, roof washing, deck and fence washing, gutter brightening and commercial exterior cleaning in and around Boulder, CO. Service availability, scheduling and pricing may change at any time.
3. Property condition
You agree to disclose known issues such as loose siding, damaged shingles, failing seals or aging paint before work begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for failures caused by deferred maintenance.
4. Quotes and payment
Quotes are flat-rate and based on the surfaces and square footage described. Significant changes on site may require a revised quote. Payment terms are provided with your quote and invoice.
5. Communications consent
By submitting a form on this site you consent to be contacted by Summit Blast Exterior Cleaning by phone, email and SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
6. Site access
Customers agree to provide access to an outdoor water spigot, clear parking for our equipment, and to move vehicles and fragile items from the work area. We reserve the right to reschedule for unsafe weather or conditions.

8. Limitation of liability
